Logistic Park Services Pte Ltd (LPS) is the designated Free Trade Zone (FTZ) Operator for the Airport Logistics Park of Singapore (ALPS), strategically located adjacent to Changi Airport. Our primary responsibility is to ensure FTZ regulatory compliance and support the secure, efficient operation of the zone.
As a neutral and independent administrator, we facilitate compliance with Singapore Customs regulations while overseeing the management of shared facilities within ALPS.
From stakeholder engagement to facilities support and regulatory reporting, we play a key role in supporting Singapore’s air cargo and trade ecosystem.
Who We Are
Logistic Park Services Pte Ltd (LPS) is the appointed Free Trade Zone Operator (FTZO) for the Airport Logistics Park of Singapore (ALPS).
We serve as a neutral and independent administrator responsible for:
- FTZ compliance oversight
- Stakeholder coordination
- Security Management
- Regulatory Reporting
- Public Facility Management within ALPS
Our operations are guided by the Free Trade Zone Licensing Conditions. We work closely with all ALPS tenants, government agencies, and service providers to uphold a secure, compliant, and efficient FTZ environment.
Dual Role: Compliance + Facilities
In addition to our regulatory responsibilities, LPS also manages the shared infrastructure
within ALPS. The public may report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or service-related feedback to us directly via our dedicated channels for prompt resolution.
In-Principle No Objection (IPNO)
Before tenancy approval within ALPS, an In-Principle No Objection (IPNO) must be obtained from LPS. This ensures that the proposed tenant or activity complies with security, customs, and regulatory requirements for operating within a restricted and secure FTZ environment.

Security Notice
ALPS is a restricted area. All entry requires prior registration. CCTV surveillance is in place throughout the premises in accordance with security regulations and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
